Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks
Work as part of a home health team focused on the patient’s plan of care
Assess patients, establish therapy goals and document progress
Assist patients with exercises to improve fine motor skills
Suggest adaptive equipment for added support
Assess fall risks and improve home safety
Educate patients and families on the plan of care
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Colorado
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
One year of OT experience - Home health care preferred
Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks
Pass a background check and drug test
