Holman is currently seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the development and execution of its global product roadmap and ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities. In addition, this role will be responsible for building and scaling organizational capabilities in portfolio and roadmap management, while driving an optimized and strategically aligned product mix across commercial and retail markets.

Responsibilities:

Build and implement new organizational capabilities around product portfolio and roadmap management.

Create and manage the Holman global product roadmap, ensuring close alignment to business priorities and the five-year strategy across commercial and retail.

Continually assess and drive the right enterprise portfolio (e.g., strategic collection of all product lines across the global business) and business-specific product mix (e.g., the right combination of products, features, variations, positioning within individual lines.)

Build strong lines of communication / collaboration with broader product teams (e.g., product marketing management, technical product management, engineering management), including regular check-ins to monitor progress and managing cross-product dependencies to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Ensure alignment on critical, cross-cutting product guardrails, including Holman brand, product standards, common infrastructure (e.g., APIs), and processes (e.g., product launches.)

Drive continuous improvement, including leveraging insights from previous products/services/offerings to identify and integrate best practices for planning and execution.

Coach junior talent to develop the next generation of highly capable program managers at Holman, as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:

Expert on product development cycles, aligning program objectives with business goals to drive outcomes.

Deep knowledge of automotive retail and fleet services industries.

Expert in stakeholder management and influencing teams, leadership, and external partners.

Skilled in risk management, identifying and mitigating risks to keep programs on track.

Skilled in strategy development and execution of those strategies across the portfolio.

Deep experience in program management across complex, cross-functional teams and multiple domains.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.

Experience in stakeholder management, including working with senior leadership and external partners to proactively address challenges.

Experience in building strong business cases that led to success.

Proven track record of building a 2–5-year horizon of a product portfolio.

Education and/or Training:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred

10+ years of experience at a management level

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $255,870.00 - $402,995.00 USD annually for full time employees.
