Job Description
Join Zaxby’s as a Restaurant Assistant Manager and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards and training team members, all while enjoying great benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Complete all training requirements including Food Safety Certification
Enhance guest experiences and ensure team members exceed expectations
Create effective work schedules and delegate shift assignments
Supervise and coach team members to achieve goals
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest and team member complaints respectfully
Ensure compliance with operational standards and laws
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
1-3 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Restaurant management experience preferred
