The Residence Manager at The Jewish Board is responsible for the smooth operation of facilities serving adults with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs
Provide training and supervision to staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate daily activities and programming for residents
Maintain communication with families and guardians
Participate in audits and quality assurance processes
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Services
3 years working with the IDD Population
6 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices
