Perform diagnostic imaging examinations ensuring quality diagnostic images Ensure accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures Implement radiation safety guidelines Navigate the electronic medical record (EMR) system Perform mobile imaging, EKG, cardiac monitor placement, and DEXA procedures Completion of an educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment Licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT) if working in North Dakota Ability to obtain ARRT within six months of hire if registry eligible in South Dakota Permit to practice through the Iowa Department of Public Health if working in Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification within eight weeks of hire for some clinic locations Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Work/life balance benefits Generous time off package
