Key Responsibilities
Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Train and develop crew under the direction of management
Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, and training
Manage labor cost and control inventory
Maintain reports and records based on company standards
Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
