Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal guest and employee satisfaction
Manage revenue, labor, and inventory
Collaborate with culinary staff for quality checks and menu changes
Recruit, train, and support team members
Create weekly schedules and manage timecards
Ensure compliance with liquor control certifications
Conduct inventory counts and audits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years leadership experience managing high volume restaurant/bar
Bartending and serving experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Food Handler's Certification
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Host/Hostess using OpenTable
Experience managing waitlists/reservations
Experience as a Food Expeditor
