Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory of all Investigational Product (IP) for the Investigational Drug Services pharmacy
Lead routine regulatory audits for managing IP for clinical trials
Provide operational support for all functions of service provided by the IDS pharmacy
Accurate preparation of all hazardous and non-hazardous IP for each trial
Provide training and oversight to pharmacy technicians preparing IP
Required Qualifications
Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
2 years Pharmacy technician experience including chemotherapy admixture/preparation experience
Experience dealing with phone triage and difficult situations
Preferred Qualifications
Courses in medical terminology, general chemistry, and basic computer/software skills
Graduate of pharmacy technician training program
Experience with investigational drugs
Experience with common software applications (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Experience with inventory, accounting or other pharmacy clerical duties
