As the Market General Manager II at Signature Aviation, you'll lead operational excellence and strategic growth for the FBO while ensuring safety and enhancing customer loyalty. Leverage your management experience and industry knowledge to develop relationships and drive financial performance in a dynamic aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop understanding of the market for the FBO including growth opportunities
Conduct ongoing analysis of competition
Manage staffing levels based on volumes
Develop new business plans and prepare the FBO budget
Responsible for financial management of the base
Ensure a culture that promotes safety and customer loyalty
Interact with customers to promote the FBO and measure satisfaction
Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws
Conduct annual reviews and manage performance of direct reports
Ensure employee training and development
Required Qualifications
Five (5) years or more management experience
Three or more years experience in aviation
Core competencies: entrepreneurship, change leadership, negotiation and influence, business acumen, operational decision making, customer orientation, driving for results, managing and measuring work, interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and web-based applications
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation Management or related field
