Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts/week | Day Shift | On-call required

About the Role Our client is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our high-performing surgical services team. This role supports two fully equipped operating room suites and works closely with our skilled surgical and anesthesiology teams to deliver high-quality care to the surrounding communities. The CST will primarily function in a scrubbing capacity and may assist with circulating duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure a quiet, safe environment in the operating room
• Prepare surgical suites and manage specialized equipment and supplies for various procedures
• Demonstrate high proficiency in orthopedic and neurological cases, as well as general and endoscopic surgeries
• Collaborate with surgical team members to support patient safety and procedural efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

• NBSTSA certification – required
• BLS certification – required
• NH Medical Technician registration – required
• Minimum of 2 years current CST experience in a hospital setting
• High proficiency in orthopedic and neurological procedures
• Scrubbing experience in general, ortho, neuro, and endoscopy cases
• Must have reliable transportation and live more than 50 miles from the facility
