Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the electrical engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in power electronics, embedded systems, and electrical design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and product success.
  • Drive continuous improvement in electrical design, manufacturability, and reliability.
  • Oversee the design, development, and validation of electrical systems for compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the selection and integration of power electronics.
  • Ensure reliability and scalability of embedded system architectures.
  • Guide development of schematics, PCB layouts, and circuit simulations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize DFM and DFT for high-volume production.
  • Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers for cost-effective production.
  • Implement design validation testing processes.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing electrical engineering team.
  • Provide technical mentorship and career development opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in power electronics
  • Strong background in embedded systems design
  • Proven experience in high-volume consumer product development
  • Deep understanding of DFM, DFT, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
