Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and preserving a luxury community for residents
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems
Developing rapport with residents and assisting with general maintenance issues
Assisting the Service Supervisor with makeready schedules and inspections
Placing orders with approved vendors for supplies and equipment
Helping maintain strong curb appeal at the property
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification
Fair Housing training
CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
At times, will be required to be on call
