The SPY-6 Family of Radars and GhostEye Family of Radars are seeking a Senior Radar Systems Engineer to help in the execution of integration and analysis activities.
This position can be located in either Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA and may require occasional travel.
What You will Do:
You will be responsible for the development of concepts of operations for radar systems
You will be responsible for radar processing algorithm development
You will be responsible for radar software requirements development
You will be responsible for statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution
You will collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solution
You will present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
Experience with MATLAB/Python/C++
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures
Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments
Design experience in the following radar system areas; antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning
Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS
Experience with technical writing and oral presentations
Masters/PhD in a STEM field
