Join Staples as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager, where you'll lead a passionate sales team to optimize performance and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and crucial conversations.
  • Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and trade shows.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
