Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance.
Conduct coaching sessions and crucial conversations.
Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and trade shows.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications
High School or GED Equivalent
4+ years sales experience
1+ years sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
