Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin.
RN-ER
· Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
· Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS
· Minimum Experience: 2 years - must have travel experience
· Charting Experience: EPIC required
· Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc. Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse. Epic computer charting. Pyxis medication dispenser. RNs draw labs, lab in house, RN does neb treatments. RT in house. Xray staff on site in ED.
· Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
· Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
