Job Description
Join Citizens as a Teller, where you will make a real difference for customers and the branch team. You'll assist customers with transactions, provide personalized financial advice, and educate them about bank products, all while fostering meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in lobbies and assist with financial transactions
Demonstrate how to use mobile apps and ATMs for simple transactions
Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve financial goals
Educate customers on Citizens products and effectively respond to inquiries
Follow all financial policies, procedures, and legal regulations
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Motivates others through collaboration
Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively
