Key Responsibilities
Work on cooking suite for ala minute service stations including sauté, grill, pizza, and Garde manager
Act as Chef Manager in Chef’s absence
Lead cooks through preparation, execution, and breakdown of kitchen duties
Assist Dining Room Manager as needed
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
High-end Independent Living or Fine Dining Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an upscale fast-paced dining environment
