The Warehouse Lead Cleaner leads a team of cleaners, providing guidance and motivation while overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal for those entering or returning to the workforce, this role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to team members
Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
Report performance issues to the Supervisor
Assist with the training of cleaning team
Coordinate work assignments
Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
Report work orders for maintenance
Ensure premises are secured at all times
Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew
Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager
Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
Complete order forms completely and accurately
Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
No experience required and on the job training provided
