Key Responsibilities
Assess skiers or riders' alignment through visual evaluation and physiological methods
Analyze basic foot functions relative to boot shape kinesiology and stance
Understand techniques for boot modifications and stance alignment protocols
Present educational discussions on biomechanics
Demonstrate modifications to buyers
Fabricate custom foot beds
Perform additional daily store duties
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service skills
Strong computer literacy
Self-motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the ski/snowboard industry
Previous boot fitting experience
