Key Responsibilities
Formulates comprehensive treatment program by evaluating patient’s past medical history and condition
Prioritize patient care needs
Accurately assess patient’s needs and provide treatment recommendations
Completes all documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program
Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1 year physical therapy experience
