Key Responsibilities
Analyze, research and resolve problems related to member accounts/loans
Assist members with submitting loan applications
Counsel members about company products and services
Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products
Perform platform banking functions
Assist junior team members
Comply with federal regulations regarding financial products
Assist with branch office vault procedures
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of banking experience
Retail experience
Cash handling experience
Customer service skills
Effective communication skills
