Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of peri-operative and post-transplant phases.
Communicate effectively with transplant team members, patients, and healthcare providers.
Monitor patient progress post-transplant and identify complications.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Participate in performance improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
Four years nursing experience
RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure
BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous transplant acute care and/or ICU experience
