Job Description
As a Retail Print Sales Supervisor at Staples, you'll lead a team in delivering exceptional print solutions to customers while fostering a collaborative retail culture. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and customer satisfaction through engagement and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct a team to achieve key metrics through creative print and marketing solutions
Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community
Coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling
Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence
Consult with customers to offer appropriate print solutions
Leverage Salesforce.com for customer management and engagement
Required Qualifications
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational and cooperative manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
