Key Responsibilities
Develop budget for housekeeping departments
Maintain company credit card and expense management
Ensure Supervisors adhere to budget guidelines
Approve supply orders for housekeeping teams
Conduct trainings for safety and compliance
Coach employees and oversee performance evaluations
Develop and execute departmental policies and procedures
Act as departmental liaison for communication and services
Provide constructive feedback and conduct disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications
Secondary education required
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality field
Strong personnel management skills
Computer proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications software desired
Good planning, administrative, organizational, Supervisory and budget management skills
