Key Responsibilities
Lead a team managing client experience, logistics, medicine and nursing
Deliver superior client experience and patient care
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Ensure mobile clinics are staffed and functioning
Monitor compliance with safety protocols and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a services field
Minimum 1 year experience training others on following SOPs
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of building positive working relationships
Excellent time management skills
Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
California Veterinary Technician license
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
