Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting products
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
  • Identify additional needs and help customers upgrade products or services

Required Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6+ months of experience in sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Speaks English
  • Able to work from home
  • High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Strong computer navigation skills
