Key Responsibilities
Perform all duties to maintain general cleanliness and safety
Provide excellent maintenance service
Perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks
Support teams with cleaning projects
Perform minor repairs and improvements
Participate in ordering supplies for store maintenance
Assist with cleaning emergencies
Maintain store landscaping and parking lot
Continually clean all store departments
Report safety hazards and violations
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
