Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead a team and manage processes
Execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals
Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through inventory management and merchandising standards
Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule, and cash integrity
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities
Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
