Key Responsibilities

  • Direct clinical and operational oversight of Radiation Therapy services
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation of new treatment technologies
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation
  • Implement departmental quality assurance programs
  • Develop new workflows to optimize therapist operations
  • Supervise and mentor staff
  • Collaborate on budget planning and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Valid Massachusetts State License in Radiation Therapy
  • ARRT certification
  • Valid BLS certification within 60 days of hire
  • Minimum of seven years of continuous clinical experience
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of radiation therapy techniques and technologies
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
