Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Direct clinical and operational oversight of Radiation Therapy services
Lead strategic planning and implementation of new treatment technologies
Ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation
Implement departmental quality assurance programs
Develop new workflows to optimize therapist operations
Supervise and mentor staff
Collaborate on budget planning and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Valid Massachusetts State License in Radiation Therapy
ARRT certification
Valid BLS certification within 60 days of hire
Minimum of seven years of continuous clinical experience
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Expert knowledge of radiation therapy techniques and technologies
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
