Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Location: Meeker, CO 81641
Shift: Day Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgery
Provide PACU care, monitoring post-anesthesia recovery
Circulate during orthopedic surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique and proper equipment use
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver safe and efficient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
Current RN license
Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience, preferably in orthopedics
BLS and ACLS certification
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
