We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in a Long-Term Care setting. The PT will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with functional and mobility limitations, helping them maximize independence and quality of life.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience in a Long-Term Care setting – Required
• Active Texas or Compact PT license – Required
