Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high complexity activities regarding recipe management
Support ERP Transformation ensuring PLM integration with S4Hana
Create PLM training materials and conduct training for the RIC organization
Facilitate an environment that fosters innovation culture
Support M&A initiatives as a PLM system expert
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math field
5+ years of experience in R&D System related Process Workflows or relevant Digital system experience
Knowledge of Speed to Market business process including PLM workflows
2+ years of line management experience
Experience with R&D data management and specifications
Experience with Digital solutions surrounding PLM ecosystem
Excellent project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PLM and ERP transformation
Working knowledge of SAP PLM
Experience working with multiple geographical markets
