What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized PT plans
- Provide skilled therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function
- Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Passion for delivering patient-centered, high-quality care
