Key Responsibilities
Craft tailored telecom packages for customers
Stay updated with product offerings and pricing plans
Master sales pitches and address customer concerns
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Complete paperwork and sales reports accurately
Provide post-sales support and build customer relationships
Collaborate with team to meet sales goals
Consistently meet or surpass sales targets
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivator with a knack for working independently
Proficient computer and technical skills
Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
Physical abilities for sitting, standing, and walking
Ability to work full time
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience
Sales-centric mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line products and services
Digital proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale systems
