JCW is working on an exciting search for a leading community bank in CT who is seeking a Wealth Management Financial Planning Officer to join their growing team! In this role you are responsible for the development of long term financial planning for high net worth clients in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial situation and lead clients through the financial planning process
• Perform business development activities as required in conjunction with other team members. Provide materials for client presentations and work closely with the Investment Officers assigned to the accounts.
• Advise clients in fiduciary administration, financial, tax and estate planning
• Maintain a thorough understanding of advanced financial planning strategies and present recommendations to high net worth clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience working with High Net worth individuals in their financial planning
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or in the process of obtaining is required
• Bachelors degree is required
