Key Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to the rental fleet department
Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet
Maintain records of car movements, registrations, and other paperwork
Process invoices
Answer phones and communicate with internal and external parties
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
Willingness to work outside on occasion or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to continuously sit, type, talk and hear/listen, move throughout the location and drive a variety of vehicles as needed
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular, on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months office clerical experience
Knowledge of auto parts and tools
