As an Occupational Health Professional - LPN, you'll provide essential healthcare services to employees, ensuring compliance with medical directives and regulations. This role requires compassion and professionalism while maintaining accurate health records and promoting workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct care for employees according to medical directives
Provide compassionate, quality care to employees
Adhere to health management policies and regulations
Participate in health and safety teaching of employees
Maintain accurate documentation and assist in departmental medical records upkeep
Notify Occupational Health Manager of pertinent changes in employee health
Keep department clean and orderly
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Associate Degree of Nursing or Diploma Nursing Degree
Current LPN license in state of employment
Certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
