Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical health services to caregivers through telephonic and virtual means
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational protocols
Manage and escalate caregiver health inquiries
Utilize tools for accuracy of information and direction to customers
Required Qualifications
Washington Registered Nurse License
1 year of experience as an RN in an acute or post-acute setting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1 year of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting
6 months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel
