Job Description
Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor where you'll play a vital role in supporting customers through their loan repayment journey. You'll collect overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and help customers get back on the path to vehicle ownership while exceeding production goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence needed payments
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow up on all loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans and modifications
Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
