Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Ensure high-quality care and client experience in mobile veterinary services
Achieve program impact goals and maintain operational efficiency
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Foster a culture of respect and teamwork among staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Experience in veterinary clinic management, operations, healthcare or hospitality
Ability to synthesize information and communicate key messages
Preferred Qualifications
California Veterinary Technician license
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish)
