Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational team members
  • Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans
  • Document therapy sessions and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • PA Teaching Certificate
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
  • Experience in teletherapy or online counseling
  • Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology
