Key Responsibilities
Set the overall direction and strategy of the Thyroseq sales team
Create and implement TSQ sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
Grow revenue by implementing marketing strategies
Perform oversight and management of the sales team
Track market trends and present sales metrics to leadership
Recruit and develop sales team members
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations
Travel for in-person meetings with customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
10+ years of progressive sales experience in a high-growth environment
Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams across multiple regions
Experience creating and implementing sales training programs
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
