Key Responsibilities

  • Set the overall direction and strategy of the Thyroseq sales team
  • Create and implement TSQ sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Grow revenue by implementing marketing strategies
  • Perform oversight and management of the sales team
  • Track market trends and present sales metrics to leadership
  • Recruit and develop sales team members
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams across multiple regions
  • Experience creating and implementing sales training programs
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degrees
  • Experience with clinical laboratory sales
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions
