Key Responsibilities
Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales
Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently
Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries
Interact with customers, external business partners, and the community
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Experience with technology including high-level use of laptops and mobile apps
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook
Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members
Clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions
Must reside within the assigned territory/County
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint
Experience engaging with the community through service and volunteerism
Experience selling Medicare products
Bilingual ability in English and an additional language
Prior experience in public speaking and presentations
