Job Description

Join Good Samaritan as an RN MDS, where you'll lead nursing care for seniors, ensuring quality assessments and individualized care plans in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing staff activities
Evaluate care provided to residents and maintain care plans
Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident care
Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process
Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff

Required Qualifications

Unencumbered RN license
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Minimum one-year experience as a licensed nurse

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified (RAC-CT)
Management or supervisory experience
Affiliation with a professional nursing organization
