Job Description
As a Site Director at KinderCare Education, you'll lead and inspire a team of educators while fostering a dynamic learning environment for children. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring educational excellence and building strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Basic proficiency in computer use
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
