Join Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer I where you'll develop and improve manufacturing processes, create solutions collaboratively, and drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting the defense mission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Develop tools/fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Less than 2 years relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
