Job Description
Join Sevita as a Program Supervisor and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll lead a dedicated team while implementing Individual Service Plans and providing essential support to those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals receiving services
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
