As a vital member of the Neuro ICU team, you'll care for a specialized patient population including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, post-op neurosurgical cases, CNS infections, and critical post-thrombectomy patients. You'll operate with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, and even 1:1 for extremely unstable patients. The unit is equipped to handle frequent EVDs, drains, and advanced monitoring technologies.
