Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. This remote position offers the chance to help clients navigate taxation complexities while enjoying a range of company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information securely
Utilize government websites and resources to assist customers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
