Key Responsibilities
Implement counseling/therapy for patients in individual and group settings
Conduct patient assessments and interviews
Participate in case reviews and care conferences
Assist with discharge planning and referrals
Collaborate with care team members
Model proficiency and precept new staff
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
State licensure as LCSW, LPC, MFT, or ACD
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in behavioral health or mental health care
Ability to train new staff, students, and interns
